We use components from leading European suppliers. The combination of tempered glass and durable housing provides protection against weather and mechanical damage. Stations operate reliably in temperatures from -30°C to +50°C.
With cloud management, you have control over your station from anywhere. Monitor consumption, set access rights and connect charging with solar panels. The OCPP protocol ensures compatibility with management systems.

AC EV Charging — A Complete Guide
AC charging stations (wallboxes) use alternating current and are ideal for locations where the EV is parked for longer periods — at home overnight, at work during the day, or in apartment building parking lots. Charging power of 7–22 kW reliably charges a typical EV in 3–8 hours.
A wallbox is mounted on a garage or parking space wall and connected to a three-phase supply. Most households with a 3×25 A circuit breaker can operate an 11 kW station without upgrading their electrical connection. For commercial properties with multiple stations, we offer Dynamic Load Management (DLM), which automatically distributes available power among charging vehicles.
MyBox manufactures four AC wallbox lines — from the compact Home for residential charging, through the designer Plus with glass panel, to the dual-connector Profi and Post models for commercial and public use. All stations communicate via the open OCPP protocol, support RFID authorization, and are managed through the MyBox Cloud platform with a mobile app.

01What AC wallbox power output do I need?
For home charging with a 3×25 A circuit breaker, we recommend 11 kW (charges a 60 kWh battery in ~6 hours overnight). For commercial use or faster charging, 22 kW is suitable. MyBox Plus and Home offer 11–22 kW, while MyBox Profi and Post provide 2×22 kW for simultaneous charging of two vehicles.
02What is the difference between MyBox Home, Plus, Profi and Post?
MyBox Home is designed for home charging at 11–22 kW with the best price-performance ratio from CZK 17,400 excl. VAT. MyBox Plus adds a designer glass panel and advanced connectivity from CZK 33,500. MyBox Profi is a professional wallbox with 2×22 kW for two vehicles simultaneously from CZK 66,700. MyBox Post is a pedestal version with 2×22 kW for outdoor parking lots from CZK 88,400 excl. VAT.
03Can I connect an AC wallbox with solar panels?
Yes. With the MyBox AC Sensor module, the station monitors solar energy surplus and automatically adjusts charging power. You charge primarily from the sun and save costs. You can set a pure surplus mode or a combined mode supplementing with grid electricity.
04How does dynamic load management work with AC stations?
Dynamic Load Management (DLM) monitors the total building consumption in real time and automatically adjusts charging power to prevent circuit breaker overload. For homes, MyBox AC Sensor is sufficient (up to 8 stations, WiFi), for commercial sites MyBox Arm Unit (up to 200 stations, Ethernet). No need to increase your power connection capacity.
05How much does an AC wallbox and installation cost?
MyBox Home wallbox prices start from CZK 17,400 excl. VAT (CZK 21,054 incl. VAT) for the 11 kW version with integrated cable. Home wallbox installation typically takes 2–4 hours. For commercial installations with multiple stations, expect 1–3 days.
06What warranty and service do you offer for AC stations?
We provide a statutory warranty and professional service support for all MyBox stations. We offer Basic, Advance and Advance+ service packages with guaranteed response times. Thanks to the MyBox cloud platform, we resolve many situations via remote diagnostics without a technician visit. Modular design enables quick component replacement on site.
