Information on the processing of personal data
ELEXIM, a.s. processes your personal data on the grounds of legitimate interest, or where such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you concerning the sale of goods (or in order to take steps prior to entering into such a contract), and further processes your personal data where such processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the public-law obligations of the company.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the relevant controller or of a third party within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR); or that it is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the controller or in order for the controller to take steps prior to entering into such a contract; or that it is necessary for compliance with the legal obligations to which the controller is subject.
Scope and purpose of the processing of personal data
On the basis of your consent, the controller processes the following data: first name and surname, company, e-mail, telephone number.
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is:
- the legitimate interest of the controller or of a third party in fulfilling the data subject's request for an offer to be sent, for an answer to an enquiry or a comment on an article, goods or services
- the performance of the contract between you and the controller, including the delivery of goods and the handling of rights arising from liability for defects
No automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation takes place on the part of the controller.
Period for which personal data are stored
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations arising from the contract and further for the period necessary for archiving purposes under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than the period laid down by generally binding legal regulations; or for a period of 3 years.
Other recipients of personal data
Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or services, and persons providing the controller with technical services related to the operation of the e-shop, including the operation of software and data storage.
The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.
Rights of the data subject
Under the conditions laid down in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and also the right to the portability of your personal data.
If you believe that the Regulation has been or is being infringed by the processing of your personal data, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
