Alpitronic HYC400 – modular DC charging station with up to 400 kW power. Efficient, compact and ready for the future of e-mobility. Ideal for public and corporate charging.
Overview of key charging station parameters

Alpitronic HYC400 represents the pinnacle of DC charging. Thanks to modular architecture, power can be flexibly scaled from 100 kW to 400 kW. Up to 97.5% efficiency minimizes energy losses and operating costs. The station is designed for the most demanding public charging hubs and highway rest stops.

HYC400 enables simultaneous charging of up to three vehicles. CCS2 connectors support current up to 500 A (with boost mode up to 600 A), enabling extremely fast charging of the latest EVs. Liquid-cooled cables ensure safe operation even at maximum power. Automatic cable management keeps the station surroundings tidy.

Robust construction meets IP54 and IK10 standards for reliable operation from -30°C to +55°C. Intuitive 15.6″ display provides clear information about charging progress. Integrated payment terminal enables fast and secure payments. Compact design maximizes power per unit of floor space.

Detailed specifications and technical data

The HYC400 is the flagship: modular 100–400 kW power and simultaneous charging of up to three vehicles. Compared with the 50 kW HYC50 and the 100–200 kW HYC200, it offers the highest power and throughput, but it needs the strongest grid connection and the most space. Choose it where you must serve many cars as fast as possible — at large hubs and on highways. MyBox helps you assess whether your site and grid can support the HYC400, or recommends the HYC200 instead.
Thanks to its Power-Stack architecture, the HYC400 scales from 100 kW to 400 kW and reaches an output current of 500 A, up to 600 A in boost mode. This enables extremely fast charging of the latest EVs at up to 97.5 % efficiency. Power is dynamically distributed across connected vehicles according to real-time demand.
The HYC400 has a high-current CCS2 connector (up to 500 A) with boost mode that charges modern EVs, including 800 V platforms, exceptionally fast. Cables come in 3.5 m or 5 m lengths and are liquid-cooled for safe operation even at maximum power.
The HYC400 charges up to three vehicles simultaneously, making it ideal for busy hubs. It runs on 400 V with a maximum input current of 630 A, so it requires a robust connection and sufficient grid capacity. In the Czech Republic, MyBox handles site assessment, civil preparation and installation per the manufacturer's documentation.
The modular Power-Stack architecture lets you start at lower power and scale up to 400 kW, and distribute load across power modules for higher availability. Liquid-cooled cables and the IP54 / IK10 rating ensure reliable operation from -30 °C to +55 °C.
The HYC400 is built for the most demanding public charging hubs, highway rest stops, large fleet depots and high-traffic retail locations. It offers an integrated payment terminal, a large touchscreen, RFID and OCPP 1.6 JSON with OCPP 2.0 readiness. MyBox (a division of ELEXIM, a.s.) supplies, installs and services it in the Czech Republic; pricing is set individually based on configuration and MyBox prepares a tailored, no-obligation quote.
