Alpitronic HYC 200

The HYC200 is a modular 100–200 kW station for two vehicles — more powerful than the 50 kW HYC50, yet more compact and less grid-intensive than the 400 kW HYC400. It suits public and corporate sites where 50 kW is not enough but 400 kW would be over-specified. You can start at 100 kW and add power later by adding a module. MyBox helps you model the right configuration for your traffic and grid capacity.

Thanks to its modular architecture, the HYC200 scales from 100 kW to 200 kW — you can buy the 100 kW configuration today and upgrade to 200 kW later by adding another module. With one car it concentrates power; with two it dynamically splits it between connectors. Output current reaches 500 A (600 A in boost mode) at up to 97.5 % efficiency.

The HYC200 has a high-current CCS2 connector (up to 500 A) that charges modern EVs, including 800 V platforms, very fast. Cables are available in 3.5 m or 5 m lengths to suit the bay layout.

The HYC200 runs on 400 V with a maximum input current of 320 A, so it needs a stronger connection than the HYC50 and suits sites with sufficient grid capacity. Its compact form allows installation despite the high power. In the Czech Republic, MyBox handles site assessment, civil preparation and installation per the manufacturer's documentation.

The HYC200's charging cables are liquid-cooled, which allows sustained high charging currents without the cable overheating. Modular power units and the IP54 / IK10 rating ensure reliable operation from -30 °C to +55 °C. Noise stays low, below 52 dBA.

The HYC200 is built for public charging points, corporate sites, fleet depots and retail locations that need fast DC charging plus the option to scale power up later. It offers an integrated payment terminal, a large touchscreen, RFID and OCPP 1.6 JSON with OCPP 2.0 readiness.
