How long does the installation of a charging station take?

Standard installation takes 1-2 days. For larger projects with multiple stations, we prepare an individual schedule. We coordinate the entire process from analysis to launch.

Do you offer service and maintenance after installation?

Yes, we offer Basic, Advance, and Advance+ service packages with guaranteed response time. Thanks to remote diagnostics via MyBox Cloud, we solve many situations without a technician visit. The modular design of the stations also allows quick component replacement on site.

Can charging stations be integrated with photovoltaics?

Absolutely. All our stations support integration with solar systems, which significantly reduces operating costs and increases energy self-sufficiency.

How does Dynamic Load Management (DLM) work?

DLM automatically distributes available power among active charging points according to the current consumption of the building. It prevents grid overload and optimizes energy costs in real time.
