01How does integration with our billing system work?
MyBox stations support the OCPP 1.6J protocol, which you use to connect them to your OCPP backend; authorization, tariffs and billing are then handled by the backend. Charging data held in MyBox Cloud can also be read via its API.
02What service support options are available?
We offer service contracts with guaranteed response times, remote diagnostics via MyBox Cloud, and the option to train your technicians for basic service tasks.
03How do you handle network expansion over time?
Thanks to modular construction and dynamic load management (DLM), you can add stations gradually and make full use of the available connection capacity, often without increasing the power supply. Load management requires the stations to be on a shared local network.
04Do you support roaming and various payment methods?
The stations support RFID card authorization, and MyBox Profi and Post can optionally be fitted with a payment terminal. Roaming and billing are provided by the charge point operator's (CPO) OCPP backend, to which the stations connect via the OCPP 1.6J protocol.
