DLM automatically adjusts the charging power to the current load of your connection so that the main circuit breaker is never overloaded. It depends on your strategy. You can offer free charging as a benefit or bill by consumption — in MyBox Cloud you set a tariff with a price per kWh, which can also differ by time of day.
03How many charging points does a hotel need?
We recommend starting with 2-4 stations and expanding according to demand. As a guide: 10-15% of parking spaces with charging covers current demand with room for growth.
04Can charging be integrated into the hotel system?
MyBox Cloud does not offer a direct connection to hotel management systems (PMS). You can, however, export charging session data to CSV or XLSX, or have your system read it through the MyBox Cloud API, and then add the charging costs to the guest bill.
05How long does installation take without disrupting operations?
Typically 1-2 days, with most work schedulable outside peak hours. We coordinate installation to minimize impact on hotel operations and guest comfort.
