The OPD3 calls only support stations open to anyone. The Elektromobilita Guarantee of the National Development Bank ended on 14 October 2024, and the Ministry of Industry said at the time that it was not planning another call. OP TAK has no call covering stations, not even in its schedule.
If you open the station to anyone, around the clock, you can also apply under the OPD3 calls. This applies to companies and municipalities alike.

For homeowner associations and housing cooperatives this is a subsidised loan, not a grant. A charging station is an eligible cost only if the building is also installing supported photovoltaics. Nothing supports a station on its own today.

The direct grant for a home charging station ended on 10 November 2025. Since 25 June 2026 the station is an eligible cost in an interest-free loan, but only together with photovoltaics.

Process
We go through the location, the number and type of stations and which programme the plan falls under. The available grid capacity is confirmed bindingly by the distribution system operator, not by the station supplier.
We hand the solution design, the grid connection documents and a budget broken down by station to you or your application administrator. You file the application.
You choose the supplier under the procurement rules. We prepare the technical parameters the tender documentation can be based on.
If you choose us in the tender, we deliver and install the stations and arrange all mandatory inspections.
We monitor stations connected to MyBox Cloud remotely. Service cannot be paid from the grant, so include it in the operating budget.
For logistics, a hospital, a developer and an apartment building.
You file it, or an administrator of your choice does. We prepare the technical design, grid connection documents and budget the application needs, and hand them to you or to them.
Both. Applicants can be self-employed persons or legal entities with a Czech company ID who own the stations and open them to the public. One applicant may submit at most two applications to a call.
It does if the car park is open to the public and anyone can charge there. A garage only for staff and visitors does not. A barrier or paid parking is fine as long as anyone can drive in. The station must also be in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For five years the station must stay open to the public around the clock, and an ordinary fault must be repaired within 7 days. Every charging park must accept card or contactless payment without registration; for points below 50 kW an online QR code payment is enough. A customer line, market-based and non-discriminatory prices and, for points up to 22 kW, smart charging are mandatory.
Project readiness is scored. A project that has a building permit, or does not need one, comes out best. The assessor also looks at how the land is secured.
Only after completion, as the grant is paid retrospectively. You therefore have to pre-finance the project. It must be physically finished by 31 December 2029 at the latest, and costs are eligible until 30 June 2029.
Not for the same costs. The OPD3 conditions prohibit cumulating support and also treat costs shared with stations funded from other calls as ineligible, such as a shared grid connection or transformer station.
Only after you submit the application. Before that you must not start building or sign a binding order. The first legally enforceable commitment to order equipment already counts as starting work, and such a project then gets no grant.
Studies, permits and project preparation do not count as starting work. That is why it pays to have the technical design and budget ready in advance and to choose the supplier only under the procurement rules.

The percentage applies only to eligible costs, up to the cap per station. In call No. 45 that is CZK 220 000 for a ground-mounted station with one charging point, CZK 320 000 with two or more, and CZK 70 000 or 100 000 on a wall or pole.
Eligible costs are the project documentation for the permit, the station with installation, the grid connection, a transformer station, groundwork, the payment system and the connection fee. Land, preparing the application, service and VAT are not.
Budget without VAT and plan to pre-financeEvaluation
The score decides, not the order of submission. Applications are ranked by score and receive support until the allocated funds run out.
Seventy percent of the score is cost-effectiveness. A project asking for a lower grant per station gets more points. A lower support rate brings more: one point for every percentage point below the maximum. Whoever asks for the highest possible rate gets zero points for it.
