For warranty claims, you need to provide a proof of purchase or installation handover protocol, otherwise you risk having your claim rejected. If service is performed and recognized as a warranty claim at the installation site, only the mileage for the technician's trip from the nearest dispatch location will be charged.
If the claimed goods are within the valid warranty period but the reported defect does not meet the warranty repair conditions (e.g., power supply error, user error, third-party CPO error, etc.), the following will be charged:
* Trip (mileage and technician time) at the rate according to the price list below from the nearest dispatch location
* Any replaced components according to the current price list
If a component replacement is necessary for an unrecognized warranty claim, the customer will be informed and will approve the repair cost with their signature. If the customer or authorized person is not present at the time of repair for this confirmation, the repair will not be performed and a repair quote will be prepared for the next visit.
Warranty approval or rejection is assessed by the seller's servicing technician according to the contract.
Service work (mileage from the nearest dispatch location and technician time) and any replaced components will be paid by the customer according to the current price list.
Any defective components that need to be replaced for restoration will be specified during service. The customer will be informed of their price and will approve the repair cost with their signature.
If the customer or authorized person is not present at the time of repair for this confirmation, the repair will not be performed and a repair quote will be prepared for the next visit.
The customer will provide access to the switchboard from which the device is powered and will ensure it is turned off if necessary.
Technician work is also charged when service cannot be performed at that time (especially due to device occupancy or unavailability).
